Week 7: New York Giants

On Monday Night Football, we’ll get to see all of the offensive stars in action between the Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants. On one side, the Dirty Birds will feature Calvin Ridley, Julio Jones, and Matt Ryan, while the G-Men will be counting on Odell Beckham Jr. and Saquon Barkley. Needless to say, this is going to be a very fun game to watch from start to finish.

Per usual, in a game that features all kinds of offensive promise, I believe it’ll be the defenses who make the most noise on primetime television. Thankfully for the Falcons, their defense will be the unit who causes all kinds of problems throughout the evening.

If Atlanta can get consistent pressure on Eli Manning, they’ll have New York exactly where they want them. Sure, Manning still has the ability to make some clutch throws in key moments of the game, but not when he’s getting terrorized in the backfield.

Thanks to Vic Beasley and the Falcons stellar 2018 pass-rush, the Dirty Birds will fly into their bye-week with an impressive (5-2) record.

Final Score:

New York Giants: 17, Atlanta Falcons (5-2): 24
