There are a lot of good young wide receivers in the NFL. These five wideouts have what it takes to take that next step to elite in fantasy football 2018.

There are a handful of wide receivers in Fantasy Football that we all draft that are good, but we hope pop beyond their draft-day value. There are players with upside. The talent is there and they have showed promise, but for whatever reason, they just haven’t quite put it all together yet for that monster season.

There are a number of thing that can hold a talented player back. Circumstance or lack of development are usually the two biggest issues. A bad quarterback, lack of targets or bad system can be an issue. As can youth in a player that just hasn’t hit is peak yet.

Conversely, an ideal situation change can make all the difference for a wideout. We must remember that the pass catcher is the most reliant player in Fantasy Football in the sense he really can’t do anything on his own because the quarterback has to get him the ball.

Every one of these players are options that could take that next step this season and put themselves among the ranks of the elite. They have all showed flashes of brilliance and perhaps even a bit more. Now is the time they put it together and propel themselves and your fantasy team to the next level with incredible production and value.
