1. Falcons will represent NFC in Atlanta for Super Bowl 53

That’s right, I believe the Falcons will be the first team in NFL history to play a Super Bowl in their own stadium. Thanks to an incredible group of coaches, talented defense, and elite offense; Atlanta will do the impossible and fight for their first Lombardi Trophy in their own backyard. Needless to say, that’s going to be pretty darn exciting for fans of the Dirty Birds.

As a preface to every preseason prediction, I say this not knowing what type of injuries will occur during the regular season. The Falcons are pretty stacked at each position, but are legitimately an injury or two away from missing the NFC Playoffs entirely — thanks to an extremely tough NFC.

Still, out of all the teams in the NFC who are deemed “legit” heading into 2018, I believe the Falcons are the best team overall – that includes everything from coaching to players. Not to mention, if the Dirty Birds can get a playoff game or two at home, they’re going to be very, very tough to take out.

At the end of the day, Falcons fans should be excited, because Atlanta is going to have another solid season. While that’s definitely exciting, we all know fans of the Dirty Birds want one thing only: a Lombardi Trophy.
