Chiefs vs. Bears live stream: Watch NFL Preseason Week 3 online
The Kansas City Chiefs face the Chicago Bears on Saturday, Aug. 25 in Week 3 of the 2018 NFL preseason. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Just over one year ago, both the Chicago Bears and the Kansas City Chiefs made trades in the NFL Draft to drastically alter the future of their franchise. Chicago traded up — in a much maligned move — one spot to nab quarterback Mitch Trubisky. Meanwhile, Kansas City moved up from the back of the first round to the top in order to take their man at quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. Now, in Week 3 of the 2018 NFL preseason, these two teams and players are set to meet.
With the arrival of new head coach Matt Nagy, formerly the offensive coordinator in KC as fate would have it, the Bears hope that Trubisky and the offense can reach a new level. This, of course, is also in part due to the additions around the quarterback like Allen Robinson, Taylor Gabriel and Trey Burton. Perhaps we’ll see something close to this offense at its full force on Saturday.
As for the Chiefs, this team is now firmly Mahomes’ after they traded Alex Smith soon after the end of the 2017 season. Now with Sammy Watkins in-tow to complement the likes of Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill, this could be one of the most explosive offenses in the league. We shall see just how much dynamite they have in store for an up-and-down Chicago defense.
