The long wait has finally come to a close. The NFL preseason is now fully underway, signaling fantasy football drafts across the country are coming at full force. The pressure of drafting the perfect team resides in all of us, whether you’re the league’s defending champion or newcomer to America’s favorite virtual hobby.
There is no secret to success in the fantasy world. Many different strategies work in many different leagues. Load up on wide receivers? Stream defenses and kickers? No matter the path you take, the only thing that matters is your final destination: Winning your championship game.
How does one get there? Drafting a solid team gives you an early edge. One would go crazy to pick through the different fantasy football sites and try to digest a variety of draft rankings, whether it be ADP (average draft position) or SOS (strength of schedule). While those can be great tools to help you draft, you shouldn’t solely draft based off a certain statistic.
