Things look much different for the Buffalo Bills than they did a year ago. Even after making the playoffs last season, the Bills front office decided to trade Tyrod Taylor to the Browns, then drafted Josh Allen in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The Cincinnati Bengals, of course, don’t exactly look the same either. After a disappointing 2017 campaign, they looked to bolster their weaknesses in a big way with offseason moves.

Now the Bills will welcome Cincy to town with a lot of questions still to be answered. The rookie quarterback, Allen, may be in line to start come Week 1 of the regular season after A.J. McCarron suffered a broken collarbone last week. Having said that, they still have questions on a changed-up defense and their pass-catchers are less than inspiring as the group is led by the unreliable Kelvin Benjamin.

For the Bengals as they go on the road for this matchup, they could well see something different than they did a year ago. Andy Dalton should be upright much more with big additions on the offensive line. Meanwhile, the defense continues to look impressive with standouts and solid depth throughout the roster, none perhaps more enticing than a guy like Carl Lawson.
