The Washington Redskins face the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 30 in Preseason Week 4. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Though it’s been to varying degrees, the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Ravens both made a conscious decision to inject some life into their rosters. The Redskins decided to move on from the Kirk Cousins era and, in turn, brought in Alex Smith. Meanwhile, the Ravens are still sticking with Joe Flacco, but selected Lamar Jackson in the NFL Draft to light a fire beneath him. Now these two teams meet on Thursday in the preseason finale.

Smith obviously won’t see the field on Thursday night as the Redskins will be resting their starters. The same can be said for Adrian Peterson, who was brought in given that they’ve had a litany of injuries at the running back spot in the preseason. However, Washington is still trying to figure out their receiver room and their defensive depth, which Thursday’s game will be good for.

Meanwhile, the Ravens should see some more from Jackson, who has had his ups and downs throughout his first NFL preseason. Still, even with Action Jackson, this offense still has plenty of questions. From wide receiver to running back, there’s not a lot to inspire confidence up top. As such, seeing how the depth will shake out could be direly important.

With both the Ravens and Redskins this week, there is actually quite a bit more to watch from these teams than we will likely see around the league in Week 4 of the preseason. They each have holes and questions left to fill and answer, and this game could actually help them do just that.
