Philadelphia Eagles: 5 Reasons they’ll make the playoffs in 2018

The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off the franchises first ever Super Bowl victory. Don’t expect them to sleep on it in 2018, they’re back for more!
It’s official, the Philadelphia Eagles are finally less than a week away from their first game of the 2018 regular season! The preseason was long and strenuous for the defending Super Bowl Champs. Nick Foles struggled, and the team didn’t look much like the version we saw last year lifting the Lombardi Trophy in Minneapolis.
Now it’s time to leave that in the past. No matter how good or bad a team’s preseason is everybody starts with a fresh slate. The Eagles roster is stacked with talent at almost every position. The question is: Will they have the ability to put it all together to make another deep run into the playoffs?

The Giants drafted running back Saquon Barkley and added him to an offense that already has one of the best playmakers in the game, Odell Beckham Jr. The Redskins added talented veteran Alex Smith to take over the reigns at quarterback.
With all that said, the NFC East is still the Eagles division to lose. Even with the increased competition inside the division the Eagles have what it takes to repeat as division champs and make a playoff run. Here are five reasons why the Eagles will make the playoffs in 2018.
