New Orleans Saints: 3 Players to watch vs. Buccaneers in Week 1

The NFL is finally back and the New Orleans Saints Week 1 matchup is against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Make sure to keep your eyes on these three players.

After months of waiting, Week 1 of the 2018 NFL season is here. Even with an unfortunate matchup, it’s still better than not having football at all. For the New Orleans Saints though, it’s a way to start the season off right and prove their dominance in the NFC South.

Heading into 2018, there’s a lot of understandable hype around the Saints. In addition, there’s a lot of hype around certain players. From players looking to repeat their rookie success, veterans trying to improve or a successful player looking to move forward, there’s a plethora of talented guys on the Saints.

Opening against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is good. The Bucs are on the lower end of the NFL and the NFC South. Hopefully, the Saints will make quick work of them and can look forward to playing the Cleveland Browns. Well, not look forward to, but it’s something.

The success of the Saints is riding on this game. Even though the Bucs aren’t as dominant, they shouldn’t go in expecting a cakewalk. Usually, that’s not in the team’s style. Before we get to week 1 though, let’s look at 3 players you should be keeping your eye on during the game!
