The Raiders, held back by a general lack of talent and questionable coaching, trip over themselves for 60 minutes. It’s an ugly affair that, honestly, should help Oakland fans get over the fact that they’re about to lose their NFL franchise. Yes, it’ll be that embarrassing of an effort from Gruden’s band of cheap veterans.

For Los Angeles fans, though, this will be confirmation that their club is one worth taking seriously in 2018. With a blowout win, the Rams provide fodder for the media to continue building them up as one of this year’s top contenders. It’s an impressive showing for a franchise that finished 4-12 only two seasons ago.

The win may not come against the best of opponents, but it’s a win either way.
