The Minnesota Vikings face the San Francisco 49ers at the U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 9. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

A couple teams that are expected to be players in the NFC playoff picture will meet on opening weekend as the Minnesota Vikings play host to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1.

Last year, the Vikings were a surprise team as they overcame injuries to more than one key player on offense. First, it was quarterback Sam Bradford — who was already replacing the injured Teddy Bridgewater who went down with a gruesome knee injury the season before. After that, Dalvin Cook suffered a torn ACL after a quick start to the season.

In their absences, Case Keenum had a career-year at quarterback and both Latavius Murray and Jerick McKinnon stepped up and helped them get to the NFC Championship Game. McKinnon ended up getting a big contract from the 49ers as he was supposed to help Jimmy Garoppolo open up their offense.

Unfortunately, he’s gone down for the year due to a torn ACL. That means a lot of the offensive responsibility will fall on Garoppolo, the quarterback who led them to five wins to finish the 2017 season out.

This one looks like it should be fun to watch, so here’s all the info you need to catch Sunday’s game.
