It was a night filled with drama, but the Green Bay Packers start their 100th season with an improbable comeback. What are the big takeaways from Week 1?

Sunday Night football one heck of a game. If you like drama and heart attacks in your NFL games, the Sunday finale was the game for you. However, the game could not have started any worse for the Green Bay Packers.

The first half consisted of four punts, a fumble and a pick-six. The fumble and pick six were from DeShone Kizer, but the team as a whole struggled in the first half.

The new Mike Pettine defense struggled too. The Bears were able to drive down the field with ease on the first two drives. If not for a clutch stop on third-and-goal, the Bears would have scored two touchdowns. Then came the Aaron Rodgers injury.

The rest was history as he orchestrated a phenomenal comeback to start the Packers season at 1-0. With that, let’s take a look at the three major takeaways for Green Bay from Week 1.
