6. Arizona Cardinals: Jonah Williams, Alabama, OT

The 2018 version of Sam Bradford looked a lot like the Sam Bradford we saw every game outside of the two in 2017 where he teased the world with some sensational throws. After years of dumping the ball off short of the line of scrimmage and hoping for the best, Bradford unleashed the arm that made him a No. 1 overall pick and it was beautiful.

Two games into the season he was once again injured and the Vikings ended up moving on from him in favor of Kirk Cousins. The Arizona Cardinals swooped in and gave him a pretty hefty contract and he’s the starter now while rookie Josh Rosen learns the ropes.

Arizona may need him to start studying overtime so they can get someone else on the field. The worry even when that happens is that Rosen, like Bradford, is prone to injuries. They may need to make sure to limit the hits he takes and the best option for that at this point is Jonah Williams, the big tackle from Alabama.

Williams is tall at 6-4 with long arms and could be the left tackle of the future for the Cardinals. Some think he may have to play on the right side, which could lower his stock — they also said that about Mike McGlinchey who went in the top-10 — but a good showing in 2018 could change minds and push him up draft boards.
