2018 NFL Picks, score predictions for Week 3
Chicago Bears (0-1) at Arizona Cardinals (0-2)

I’ll admit it — I was terribly wrong about the Arizona Cardinals. Heading into Week 1, I claimed that they’d be a surprise playoff contender in 2018. Based on what we’ve seen through two weeks, that’s about as far from the case as possible.
The Cardinals have spent the last two games making a mockery of themselves. The offense has been lethargic, with Sam Bradford failing to provide any sort of spark. The defense hasn’t been much better, as we saw by the shellacking the Rams dolled out this past Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears have the look of a sleeper. There was talk of them being a potential playoff club during the offseason, but not many folks bought in until their Week 1 effort against the Packers. Mitchell Trubisky has gotten better, he has more playmakers to throw to, and the defense got a big boost with the addition of Khalil Mack.
Assuming all goes as planned, the Bears should be able to cruise in this one. Arizona won’t be able to move the ball consistently or slow down the Chicago offense, forcing them to suffer a deflating 0-3 start.
Prediction: Bears win 24-7
