32. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills (32)

Josh Allen is better than Nathan Peterman. That’s not really a huge compliment though because Nathan Peterman has been historically bad whenever he takes the field for the Buffalo Bills. Despite that, Sean McDermott kept trotting him out there, but that should only happen now if the first-round pick gets injured.

Allen was 18-of-33 which shows his lack of accuracy. He did manage 245 yards and had a 57-yarder to Zay Jones — which was almost dropped. He can sling it, but there’s still so much to work on before he becomes a legitimate NFL starter. But hey, at least Buffalo is letting him get the snaps he needs to improve unlike some teams with poor quarterback play and a rookie on the bench (looking at you Arizona and Cleveland).

31. Sam Bradford, Arizona Cardinals (31)

We just called out the Arizona Cardinals for using a quarterback who is struggling while keeping a rookie on the bench. They may think Josh Rosen isn’t ready to start, but how can he be worse than Sam Bradford?

The veteran completed just 17-of-27 passes for 90 yards. That’s 5.29 yards per completion and 3.33 per pass. Bradford has historically been bad about dumping off short passes and his been praised for it in the past. Heck, Arizona even gave him $20 million for the fact he’s considered an accurate passing veteran.

It’s getting really ugly, really fast in the desert.
