19. Jaguars keep Titans out of end zone

Ever since that devastating loss last January in the AFC Championship, all the Jaguars wanted was another chance to prove they were talented enough to take down the Patriots, even if it happened to be during the regular season. Not only did Jacksonville manage to defeat New England in impressive fashion, but Jacksonville made a huge statement when it comes to having one of the top teams in the AFC.

Defense was the major reason behind the success of the Jaguars in 2017, and when seeing the high level of confidence the unit is feeling right now, one can only imagine how well they’re going to play when they face the Tennessee Titans. The Titans are coming off a big win over the Houston Texans, but when looking at all of the uncertainty surrounding the offense while Marcus Mariota continues to recover from an injury, this could give the Jaguars a major advantage.

Any defense that can keep Tom Brady in check is going to feel confident about doing the same to Mariota or Blaine Gabbert. To top it off, Jacksonville will get to do so in front of their own fans for a second week in a row, meaning a 3-0 start seems highly likely to happen.
