Week 3 of the fantasy football season is approaching, as we finally get a feel for our players. Who should you start or sit for your fantasy team?

Congratulations on making it to another week of the stress-filled second job that is fantasy football. The NFL enters Week 3 as the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets prepare for duel on Thursday Night Football. While the matchup isn’t enticing, it’s a solid base to kick the week off for your teams.

It’s still young in the season, so if you’ve struggled to a 0-2 or 1-1 record, fear not! Continue to ride the waiver wire and reap the potential season-long benefits of a temporary slow start. If you’ve been fortunate enough to stay undefeated through the first couple weeks, you’re obviously doing something right, hence why you’ve landed on this page.

Looking back on my Week 2 start or sit projections, hopefully you were able to listen when it came to starting quarterbacks. Both Patrick Mahomes and Philip Rivers performed superbly enough to consider Week 2 a win in that category. I also called an absolute no-start zone for any Patriots players heading into Jacksonville, with a majority of those remaining a good call.

With fantasy football, not everything can be rainbows and perfection. I told viewers to sit Marshawn Lynch before he rushed for 60+ yards and a touchdown to go along with a pair of catches as well. I was definitely sipping the George Kittle kool-aid a little too much, pounding the table for people to start him before a two-reception, 22-yard performance dulled down the hype.

With everything in the realm of fantasy, a grain of salt must be taken when deciding lineups. Yet a new week is upon us, calling for another tough group of decisions. Whether you’ve been taking the obviously legitimate fantasy advice from yours truly or simply laughing at it, it’s time to dive into week three.

Who should you start or sit at each position? Let’s look.
