9. Indianapolis Colts: Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

Having Andrew Luck back and looking like himself makes the Indianapolis Colts much less of a laughingstock than they have been in years past. While that may be so, general manager Chris Ballard still needs to fill out a talent-scarce roster around his franchise quarterback. The defensive line needs some help and Jeffery Simmons can provide it. He was a sleeper coming into the year, but has woken everyone up with dominant play up front for the Bulldogs to begin 2018.

10. San Francisco 49ers: N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State

Though Marquise Goodwin has proven to be better than many expected, it’s telling that an injury to him can leave the San Francisco 49ers receiving corps in such a bad spot. They need to remedy that by getting the $137.5 million man, Jimmy Garoppolo, more viable weapons in the offense. N’Keal Harry out of Arizona State is another big-bodied wide receiver in this class that has tremendous playmaking ability with the ball in the air. That would add a new dimension to San Fran’s offense.

11. Washington Redskins: A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss

Many people have A.J. Brown as the best wide receiver in the 2019 NFL Draft class, and he may well be. He checks the boxes for size and speed that you want to see, and the production for the Rebels star is certainly there. However, I prefer the upside of a few others, but the Washington Redskins still add a close-to-sure-fire target with this pick. Brown offers versatility with experience playing out of the slot and the size to go on the boundary.

12. Seattle Seahawks: Dalton Risner, OL, Kansas State

This is probably far-fetched because, as long as they have needed help on the offensive line, the Seattle Seahawks have always shied away from addressing the problems up front early in the draft. Regardless, they do so here to try and keep Russell Wilson from running for his life and then running out the door to a team that will protect him. Dalton Risner can play guard or tackle as one of the most polished offensive line prospects in the class. He’s a big body with a mean streak that would help solidify the Seahawks offense immediately.
