The Oakland Raiders head into a Week 4 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Kolton Miller should be lobbying coaches for help now.

The Oakland Raiders come off a heartbreaking loss to the Miami Dolphins. They have Monday to watch the film and make adjustments. After taking Tuesday off, it will be all business preparing for the Cleveland Browns. But Kolton Miller needs to start preparing for Myles Garrett now.

In case Raiders fans haven’t been paying attention, this is not the same old Browns. These Browns tied the Pittsburgh Steelers, should have beaten the New Orleans Saints and did beat the New York Jets. The victory over the Jets was on that of an inspired team led by the 2018 No. 1 overall draft pick Baker Mayfield.

As where Mayfield stirs the offense, it is the play of the 2017 No. 1 overall pick Garrett and 2018 No. 4 overall pick Denzel Ward which leads the defense. The combination of Garrett and Ward is lethal to offenses. The Browns lead the league in takeaways for a reason.

So any fans thinking this week will be an easy victory over the hapless Browns better think again. The fans in Cleveland see this as a winnable game for their team. The Raiders need to take this game seriously and show up in a big way. Otherwise, they may quickly find themselves 0-4.

The key matchup will be Myles Garrett versus Kolton Miller. Miller, the No. 15 overall pick in 2018, was installed at left tackle. He is currently learning on the job. Garrett is in his second season and is already terrorizing NFL quarterbacks. Garrett is on another level. Miller needs to grow up in a hurry for quarterback Derek Carr’s sake.
