This is not the Seattle Seahawks defense of old. We all know that, and that’s fine. The Seahawks made a conscience choice to rebuild, and are now watching their once-elite defensive unit suffer as a result.
Still, it hasn’t been all bad for Seattle in 2018. At least, not on the defensive side of the football. They’ve come up with some clutch plays, especially with the help of Earl Thomas. I’m expecting more of the same in their Week 4 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
Now in case you don’t know, the Cardinals boast by far the worst offense in the NFL right now. No matter who is under center, they can’t seem to get anything going. Sam Bradford has been a free agency bust, and Josh Rosen wasn’t any bit impressive in his debut last weekend. They’re ranked dead last in the league in offensive yardage, along with a -3 turnover differential.

In any other situation, I’d be wary of rolling with the Seahawks. However, since I’m a huge fan of playing the matchups, this seems like the ideal circumstance to give Seattle a shot to help win you some money.
