Minnesota Vikings: 3 Players who belong on the trade block
With the NFL trade rumors starting to pick up as the deadline nears, the Minnesota Vikings have a few players who belong on the trade block right now.
As of today, the Minnesota Vikings have exactly one month to decide on any trades they may or may not make during the 2018 NFL season. With the trade deadline set for Oct. 30, the rumors are just starting to heat up about a potential deal materializing.
The team’s performance during the first four games of the season has only added fuel to the fire. With a number of players failing to live up to expectations, it makes sense for a few prominent names to make their way to the trade block. That, and the Vikings’ annual need for an upgrade or five along the offensive line.
So who could soon see their name being pumped out of the NFL trade rumor mill? There are several candidates who seem to warrant consideration after the Vikings’ slow start.
A couple of the guys on this list are included due largely to their current contract situations. Then again, it also has to do with the fact that, through four games, the production and effectiveness we’ve seen from these three hasn’t given the Vikings much reason to keep them around.
So with that in mind, let’s dive right in to the three Vikings who belong on the trade block right now. Whether or not they find themselves as regulars of the trade rumors is still to be determined, but the odds seem to suggest that’ll soon be the case.
