Here are the latest 2018 NFL Power Rankings for Week 5, with the Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans both earning statement wins.

From the Los Angeles Rams taking down the Minnesota Vikings to the Tennessee Titans upsetting the Philadelphia Eagles, there’s plenty to discuss when it comes to the 2018 NFL Power Rankings following another exciting weekend of football. With a full month of action officially in the books, football fans are beginning to see which teams stand out as contenders, and of course the teams that still have a long way to go when it comes to proving themselves worthy of being in the conversation.

After taking the win-now approach in the offseason by adding plenty of key talent on both sides of the football, the Rams came up big on Thursday with a stellar performance against the Vikings, despite dealing with a few injuries as well. Both Los Angeles and Minnesota were viewed as two of the early favorites in the NFC before the regular season officially got underway, so seeing Sean McVay’s squad improve to 4-0 following a big win like this shows they are in fact the real deal.

As for the Titans, well let’s just say they quickly went from a team that was difficult to figure out to showing they are in fact a serious threat in the AFC after winning a thriller in overtime against Philadelphia, which also happened to be their third win in a row.
