25. Oakland Raiders (30)

Frustration doesn’t even begin to describe how the Oakland Raiders have been feeling for the most part this season when looking at all of the missed opportunities they ruined to win key games before Sunday. Normally, the Raiders would prefer to play games in which Derek Carr doesn’t have to toss the football 58 times, but when seeing how it helped the team earn their first win under Jon Gruden, they will take it at this point.

A few months ago, a home meeting with a team like the Cleveland Browns would have seen like an easy win for a team like Oakland, but Hue Jackson may actually have something special with this current squad from a potential perspective. The fact that it took overtime for the Raiders to escape with the 45-42 win over the Browns shows how different things are for Jackson and company, but at least a win is a win.

Now that Oakland no longer has to deal with the pressure of being winless, the true test will be seeing how this team responds over the next couple of weeks. The Raiders have the talent to be a potential contender in the AFC, but until they prove to be reliable, it only seems fair to have them this low on the list.
