With all 32 teams playing four games we look at how all have done and issue our first quarter report cards in the 2018 NFL Grades

We’re a quarter of the way through the 2018 season, so there’s no better time to give each team a grade for their work through their first four games — well at least most of them have played four games.

The Washington Redskins and Carolina Panthers both had the week off and have played just three games. Still, it’s a good time to assess the state of each franchise.

Already in this early part of the 2018 NFL season, we’ve seen some great storylines. There was the rise, and fall, of Ryan Fitzpatrick with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as the explosion of Patrick Mahomes with the Kansas City Chiefs. While he was establishing himself as the king of the AFC, Jared Goff was doing the same in the NFC for the Los Angeles Rams.

We’ve also seen Ezekiel Elliott shake off a forgettable 2017 season to take a huge lead early in the NFL rushing race. His team may have been up and down through four weeks, but the Dallas Cowboys running back is on a historic pace himself.

There’s also been a quick change to the rookie quarterback by four teams. The Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, and Arizona Cardinals all had the idea of easing rookies in, but couldn’t keep youth down as their top-10 picks are all entrenched as starters.

With all that being said, we give you our first quarter NFL Grades.
