24. Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins (22)

Ryan Tannehill laid an egg in the Miami Dolphins first loss of the season. They were facing a wounded New England Patriots team and he managed just 100 yards and threw a pick.

23. Case Keenum, Denver Broncos (21)

Case Keenum nearly found himself higher on this list. Trailing the Chiefs on Monday Night Football late, he had a shot to hand their divisional rival their first loss. The Denver Broncos were driving and Keenum had Demaryius Thomas running free for a touchdown and just missed him. Missing a throw like that is why he isn’t higher on this list.

22. Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans (26)

The Houston Texans finally got a win and Deshaun Watson moves up the rankings slightly here because of that. He’s still one of the most exciting passers in the game and can make plays with his legs. We just need to see fewer turnovers.

21. Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals (25)

This season has been a much better start to the year for Andy Dalton than last year. He and the Cincinnati Bengals are in the AFC North race and there’s nothing to suggest they will be slowing down any time soon. Dalton is a big part of that.
