16. Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks (11)

Sometimes it’s hard to look at a name and not judge them better than what they’re actually producing. That’s the case with Russell Wilson. He’s a big name and a Super Bowl winner, but he’s been mediocre this season with the past two games resulting in less than 200-yards passing.

15. Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions (17)

Matthew Stafford is playing much better than a 1-3 quarterback this season. The team around him has issues, but he completed 80 percent of his passes against Dallas and had the Detroit Lions in position to win. The defense just couldn’t hold after his comeback attempt.

14. Andrew Luck Indianapolis Colts (15)

Every week we see him play, we see more of the old Andrew Luck. We knew he would be rusty to start the season, but Luck is throwing it around pretty well now. He just needs some better players around him on offense.

13. Alex Smith, Washington Redskins (14)

Ales Smith took the week off as he and the Washington Redskins had an early bye. They’re still sitting atop the NFC East thanks to a Philly loss and Smith deserves a lot of the credit for that. He may not be elite, but this guy wins a lot.
