8. Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers (5)

We can’t crush Ben Roethlisberger too much for his subpar outing in Week 4 because the Baltimore Ravens do have a great defense. With that being said, he needed to step up and lead his team to a win and couldn’t do that. They’re all struggling with Le’Veon Bell.

7. Philip Rivers, Los Angeles Chargers (9)

More from NFL

It’s hard to figure out why the Los Angeles Chargers aren’t a better team.

Philip Rivers does nothing but rack up yardage and touchdowns, yet they struggle to stay in the AFC West race season after season. He has 11 touchdowns and just two picks this season, but they’re just 2-2 as a team.

6. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons (7)

The Atlanta Falcons have had a rough go with there being so many defenders hurt this season. On top of that, running back Devonta Freeman has been out as well. That’s led to Matt Ryan and the offense needed to put up some major points just to compete. They’re 1-3, but that’s not on Ryan who had 419 yards and three touchdowns in their last game.

5. Tom Brady, New England Patriots (6)

The New England Patriots ask a lot out of Tom Brady. He can handle it because he’s arguably the best ever, but the lack of elite talent around him is taking a toll. He was much better in Week 4 as they trounced the Dolphins and the return of Julian Edelman should help.
