7. Davis catches multiple touchdown passes

After only catching 34 passes all of last season as a rookie, Corey Davis only needed four games to show how much improvement he’s made in just a year when looking at his level of play so far in 2018. The Titans felt confident enough in Davis being a steal from the fifth round of the NFL Draft in 2017, and his first career touchdown couldn’t have come at a better time last week during their win over the Eagles since it happened to come in overtime.

Now that Davis no longer has to deal with the pressure of recording that first trip into the end zone, Tennessee hopes to see the young wideout use this as a confidence boost to continue providing Marcus Mariota with a reliable target to work with. And when looking at how the Bills have looked on defense compared to last year, Davis could be in for another impressive outing.

The thought of a receiver finding the end zone multiple times one week after scoring his first career touchdown sounds crazy to even consider, but as mentioned before, Davis seems confident more than ever. Tennessee has been one of the biggest surprises at 3-1, and if Davis ends up with a career year, this team will be in great position to make the playoffs for a second year in a row.
