Here are the latest head coaches that should consider themselves on the hot seat for NFL Week 5 of the 2018 season.

Now that the first full month of the 2018 season is officially in the books, no one can say that it’s still way too early to consider head coaches on the hot seat heading into NFL Week 5 since the year has already been flying by fast.

While a few names like Mike Tomlin and Matt Patricia have become quite familiar with the hot seat this year, Dan Quinn has all of a sudden entered the picture when looking at the 1-3 start by the Atlanta Falcons since this team could easily be sitting at 4-0 heading into Week 5.

When looking at each of the three losses by the Falcons, the outcome of those games were all decided in the final seconds, meaning one of the biggest issues surrounding this team is their inability to close out big games.

From failing to find the end zone in Week 1 when taking on the Philadelphia Eagles to allowing A.J. Green to score the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds this past Sunday in a loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta has been one of the most frustrating teams to follow so far in 2018, and it’s easy to see why.

Expectations were high for the Falcons to earn a trip to the playoffs for a third year in a row when looking at their success from the previous two seasons, but when poor starts like this take place, someone like Quinn is the first to receive blame for the struggles. Only time will tell when it comes to seeing whether Quinn and the Falcons can turn things around in Week 5, but for now, let’s see who else happens to be on the hot seat along with the Atlanta head coach.
