NFL Trade Ideas: 5 Deals that should be made in Week 5

Philadelphia Eagles trade for Le’Veon Bell
So far this season, the Philadelphia Eagles haven’t really looked like the Philadelphia Eagles. They went 1-1 with Nick Foles under center and 1-1 with Carson Wentz. They’re averaging just 20.5 points per game and that number is pretty similar with each quarterback starting.
This time last season they were averaging nearly 26 points a game. That may not sound like a huge difference, but considering each of their games have all been decided by six points or less, that could be huge for them to get closer to where they were a season ago.
One issue has surely been the health of both Wentz and receiver Alshon Jeffery. With both players back on the field, the Eagles offense could be better without having to make a move. But that doesn’t mean they can’t consider one.
Even though their offense was better last season they made a move for a running back by acquiring Jay Ajayi. While he’s been good, they could look to make a big splash this year at the same position by targeting Le’Veon Bell of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
There are rumors the Eagles are interested and Bell doesn’t seem like he will last much longer following all the back and forth this season about his contract. For the Eagles, he could be exactly what they need to make their offense explosive.
Bell would cost a lot via trade and then would need a new contract. However, there’s no denying he’s worth it as he’s one of the most complete backs in the game. Plus, how awesome would it be to have Bell, Saquon Barkley, Ezekiel Elliott, and Adrian Peterson all in the same division?
