Here are the best games for football fans to watch on Sunday during NFL Week 5 of the 2018 season.

To say the 2018 season is flying by would be a huge understatement since it’s crazy to think NFL Week 5 is already underway after the New England Patriots taking down the Indianapolis Colts started things off on a hot note Thursday night. As for what football fans can expect this upcoming Sunday, well let’s just say they will most likely top the excitement from the first game of the week between the Patriots and Colts.

For instance, there could be an early playoff preview brewing up in the AFC when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Jacksonville Jaguars and their stellar defense, which has the potential to be an epic showdown. Between the high-powered offense of the Chiefs run by Patrick Mahomes II squaring off against a stellar defense in the Jaguars, something will have to give when these two teams meet.

Making a bold prediction about this being an early playoff preview sounds ridiculous to some since it’s only the first weekend of October, and there’s still plenty of football to be played, but also this says a lot about how good each of these teams are playing right now.

There’s a reason why Kansas City and Jacksonville are viewed as two of the top Super Bowl contenders at the moment since most teams would do anything to be in their position, which gives this game even more excitement. So without wasting anymore time, let’s take a look at the top games for fans to look forward to on Sunday during Week 5.
