Here are the top games for football fans to watch on Sunday during NFL Week 6 of the 2018 season.
Even though NFL Week 6 of the 2018 season didn’t get off to the most exciting note since the Philadelphia Eagles had little trouble getting by the New York Giants, the good news for football fans is Sunday will be filled with plenty of action. With five weeks already officially in the books, this is the time of years in which it’s easy to tell which teams deserve consideration for being a top contender in the league.
On Sunday night, an early playoff preview could very well be taking place when Patrick Mahomes II and the Kansas City Chiefs head up to Foxborough for their toughest matchup to date with a meeting against the New England Patriots. Over the last couple of years, these two teams have been some of the top playoff contenders in the AFC, but things are a bit different this time around.
While the Patriots are continuing to work their way back towards the top of the league after a rough start to the year, the Chiefs have found a way to be one of the two remaining undefeated teams heading into Week 6, with the Los Angeles Rams being the other. Week after week, Mahomes continues to shine for Kansas City on offense, and the quarterback seems like an early candidate for the MVP award, although he still has a long way to go.
Then again, if Mahomes figures out a way to take down the Patriots in front of their own fans, this will only increase his chances of taking home the honors when the time comes. Along with this key AFC battle, here are the other top games to look forward to on Sunday.
