6. Atlanta Falcons: Raekwon Davis, DT, Alabama

A 1-4 start is the last thing the Atlanta Falcons had in mind when they entered the 2018 NFL Season. That’s because they were in the Super Bowl following the 2016 Season and then in 2017, they were the only NFC team to return to the postseason from the year prior. They were also just a few yards away from beating the Philadelphia Eagles, who went on to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.

With them being so close, it made sense to think they would again be contenders in 2018. That hasn’t been the case so far as the defense has been unable to stop anyone when they really need them to. That’s not necessarily their fault though because injuries to key players have played a huge part in that problem.

The good thing is they get a top draft pick here to add to a talented roster that will be better just because they get healthy. They will also get better on the defensive side by adding Raekwon Davis from Alabama.

Lining up this 6-7, 316-pound monster next to Grady Jarrett could bolster the interior of their defensive line — thus making everyone else on that side of the ball better.
