Tennessee Titans (3-3) at Los Angeles Chargers (4-2)

Sunday, October 21, 9:30AM ET

Right now, these two teams are headed in very different directions. The Los Angeles Chargers are looking like a legitimate contender in the AFC, while the Tennessee Titans have now suffered two embarrassing losses in a row.

Can the Chargers keep their momentum rolling against the Tennessee defense? Based on the way the Los Angeles offense played a week ago, it seems all but certain.

Philip Rivers is having a career year, while Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler form one of the most dangerous running back duos in the NFL. The Chargers defenses is even getting it done, creating constant pressure on opposing quarterbacks and forcing turnovers at a consistent clip.

Against the Titans, look for more of the same from Los Angeles. Marcus Mariota has been a mess this season, and the Tennessee ground game has underwhelmed. The offense isn’t moving the ball at all, having tallied a whopping 12 points over the last two weekends. Although they should manage something against the Chargers, it won’t be nearly enough.

Rivers keeps his sensational season going, running up the score on the Titans and helping his club improve to 5-2.

Prediction: Chargers win 32-13
