Coming off a Week 6 bye, all eyes are on the New Orleans Saints to see if they can stop the hot Ravens. Here are three bold predictions for the Saints in Week 7.

The New Orleans Saints have slowly become a contender this season. After a rocky start to the year, the team is back on track. Coupled with a Week 6 bye, the team should be refreshed and ready to take on the Baltimore Ravens. Similar to the Saints, the Ravens are also hot heading into Week 7.

In their matchup against the Titans, the Ravens sacked Marcus Mariota six times in the first half and 11 times overall. The Titans also failed to score any points with the Ravens defense playing incredibly all game. The matchup was very one-sided and the Titans didn’t have a chance, so it’s right to think the Saints should worry.

Regardless, the Saints and the Ravens have some recent history. The teams have faced off in the preseason multiple times including last preseason. The last time they met, the Ravens won, 14-13, and it’s safe to say that this week’s game could prove the same result.

However, the Saints do have a slight edge as they’ve had over a week of rest. As for the Ravens, they played hard and tough against the Titans. With the Ravens also having home field advantage, the Ravens also have an edge. Either way, the game has the potential to be explosive.

Both teams are leaders in their respective division so a win or loss here could cement their fate for the rest of the season. For the Saints, in particular, it could give them a two-game lead in the NFC South. Let’s get into some bold predictions for the Saints when they meet in the Ravens in Week 7.
