Meanwhile, the New York Jets are looking to cement themselves as a true playoff contender against a team that was in the playoffs last season.

What are the storylines that will make headlines come Monday morning, though, when you wake up and click on your favorite sports website or app for the news of the day? Let’s take a gander.

Bears win, Mack harasses Brady all game long

There’s no doubt why the Chicago Bears pulled the trigger on the Khalil Mack trade. All you have to do is look at the quarterbacks in the NFC North to figure out why they needed a pass rusher. That said, this game is an important measuring stick for the Bears.

The Patriots defense did just enough to stifle Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs offense to win a tight, hard-fought battle by a field goal in Week 6. The Bears are going to have to do the same, and they have the pass rusher to do so.

Mack may not record a sack in this game because Brady typically finds a way to get the ball out. However, he will find the backfield and get pressure on Brady to throw off the timing of this offense just enough to help ensure a Bears victory at Soldier Field.
