The Dallas Cowboys came tumbling back to Earth as the Kansas City Chiefs bounced back in a big way. Here’s how it all affects our 2018 NFL Power Rankings.

The action started on Thursday Night Football and will continue later on Monday Night Football when the Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants finish up Week 7 of the 2018 NFL Season. Even with that game still on the docket, there was plenty of action to get excited about over the weekend.

After the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals game ended in lopsided fashion, we were treated to some nail-biters on Sunday. First, it was the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Chargers meeting in London. The Wembley Stadium crowd was treated to a one-point game, which ended when the Titans failed on a two-point conversion.

There was another one-score game as the New Orleans Saints won thanks to a missed extra point from Justin Tucker of the Baltimore Ravens. The Dallas Cowboys also saw their game end on a missed kick as Brett Maher was inaccurate from 52-yards out, which gave the Washington Redskins a victory. As for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they hit a 59-yarder to win in overtime against the Cleveland Browns.

Not all games were close, however, as the Los Angeles Rams made a statement in their win over the San Francisco 49ers. After a couple close games the previous weeks, they reminded us all how good they are.

The Jacksonville Jaguars were also in a one-sided game, but not in a good way. They continued their unprecedented nose dive and Blake Bortles was even benched in their 20-7 loss to the Houston Texans.

We now can check in with every team and see how things shake out with our Week 8 edition of the 2018 NFL Power Rankings.
