25. Tennessee Titans (23)

Playing in London at Wembley Stadium, the Tennessee Titans gave the fans a game to remember. After allowing a couple long touchdown passes — one on their first defensive play of the game for 75-yards — the defense tightened up. In doing so, they gave their offense a chance to get back into the game against the favored Los Angeles Chargers. And that’s exactly what they did.

Trailing 20-13, the Titans marched down the field and ate up the majority of the clock. They thought they had a touchdown on a third-and-goal scramble from Marcus Mariota, but it was overturned by replay. From there, Mariota connected with tight end Luke Stocker for what appeared to be the tying score. That’s when the Titans really gave the fans a show.

Head coach Mike Vrabel put his hands up to signal going for two, and the win. Their first attempt ended with a defensive penalty giving them one more shot. Unfortunately for them, the Chargers forced an incomplete pass on that one and they sent the Titans to a 3-4 mark.

The call was gutsy, but throwing from the one-yard line with a team known for pounding the ball was questionable. It’s hard to fault them though because they’re looking for a spark this season to get things going.
