Here are five head coaches on the hot seat heading into NFL Week 8 of the 2018 season.

Isn’t it crazy to think how NFL Week 8 of the 2018 season is already here since it seems like the new year just got underway yesterday? Through seven weeks of action, the NFL season certainly hasn’t disappointed from a fan perspective when looking at all of the hot topics worth discussing, especially when it comes to the updated list of head coaches feeling the heat on the hot seat.

Every year, it’s always difficult to make a case over certain individuals being on the hot seat during the first month or so in the NFL if things aren’t running smooth, mainly due to how there is still plenty of football remaining.

However, since the start of November is officially next week, now is the time in which these discussions begin to heat up since every win is extremely important when it comes to the playoff picture since a lot could change over the final two months.

Around this time last year, the Jacksonville Jaguars were considered one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL, as a result of their elite defense being absolute nightmares for opponents. And while that seemed to be the case early on in the 2018 season, there is all of a sudden high concern surrounding Doug Marrone’s team after losing three in a row.

While it’s tough to say Jacksonville should be hitting the panic button since they play in the AFC South, and there’s still plenty of time to get back on track, Marrone is facing more pressure than ever heading into Sunday’s game in London against the Philadelphia Eagles. Along with Marrone, here are a few other head coaches that should be worried about their jobs by being on the hot seat in Week 8.
