With a close win over the Ravens, the New Orleans Saints face the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night. Here are three bold predictions before the game.

It’s hard to believe how far the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings have come. Last season seems like a blur but their last meeting wasn’t. We all remember Stefon Diggs catching that touchdown and shutting the door on the Saints heading to the NFC Championship Game.

As Saints fans, we also remember the blown coverage by Marcus Williams. It’s hard to forget something like that. However, revenge is a dish best served cold and thank goodness, the Saints are playing in Minnesota. All jokes aside, this game is another test for the black and gold. After the mistake in Minnesota, everything has been leading up to this point.

Even though everyone has seemingly moved on, it’s still a passing thought. Who knows what could have happened if the Saints had won? Either way, their matchup on Sunday Night Football is no doubt a must-watch. The teams are leaders in their respective divisions, are solid on both sides of the ball and are likely the main competition for the Los Angeles Rams.

With a close win over the Ravens, the Saints are on a hot streak. Playing against Minnesota will only make them play harder and faster. They might downplay the revenge narrative but there’s no denying what a win for the Saints will do.

We can only hope we don’t have a repeat of their last meeting. Before the game starts, let’s get into some bold predictions for the New Orleans Saints!
