9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Andraez Williams, CB, LSU

In 2015, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers took Jameis Winston at No. 1 overall out of Florida State. Winston has shown to have a myriad of issues which include major off-field concerns as well as a love for throwing to the wrong team.

Winston even lost his job twice this season as Ryan Fitzpatrick filled in for him while suspended and was named the starter even after Winston’s return. That didn’t last long, but it shows the short leash Winston is on. And we saw that again this past weekend.

He was benched once again in Week 8 as Fitzpatrick took the reins and still proved to be the better player. Chances are the Bucs will continue to try and get all they can out of Winston. He has the talent, he just can’t put it all together.

Where Tampa Bay goes instead is the cornerback position with Andraez “Greedy” Williams out of LSU. Williams is considered the top defensive back in the class by many experts, and that’s an area of huge concern for the Bucs. No matter who their signal-caller is, they need someone who can slow opposing passing games down. That’s been almost as big an issue as their quarterbacks throwing to the other team. Almost.
