It was a wild Week 9 in the NFL. Here is each team’s MVP from this past weekend’s slate of games.

Week 9 in the NFL was one of blowouts, close comebacks, and one particular shootout that everyone was expecting.

The week started with a huge walloping of the Oakland Raiders by way of the San Francisco 49ers. Not only did Oakland look bad, but they were picked apart by quarterback Nick Mullens, who was making his first career start. The Raiders continue to show they’re in the rebuilding stages.

Other blowout games included the Minnesota Vikings‘ dominant performance against the Detroit Lions, the Kansas City Chiefs unsurprising victory over the Cleveland Browns, the Chicago Bears‘ feast of Buffalo Bills quarterback Nathan Peterman, and the Atlanta Falcons returning to form against the Washington Redskins.

Then there was the ultimate scoring fest between arguably the two best offenses in the league in the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams. The Saints eventually pulled away due to the terrific trio of Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara and Drew Brees, but the Rams still put up a fighting chance until the end.

The Carolina Panthers destroyed the Tampa Buccaneers (despite a last ditch effort from Fitzmagic), the Los Angeles Chargers narrowly held on to beat the Seattle Seahawks on the final play of the game, and the Denver Broncos‘ Brandon McManus missed a last-second field goal to give the Houston Texans their sixth-straight win. The Pittsburgh Steelers also held on to beat the Baltimore Ravens, as questions loom regarding Le’Veon Bell’s status.

On Sunday night, the Green Bay Packers entered the fourth quarter tied with the New England Patriots at 17-17, but eventually fell flat after a late Aaron Jones’ fumble caused a huge momentum swing.

Finally, the Dallas Cowboys fell flat after an impressive first half against the Tennessee Titans on Monday Night Football to cap off the week. Through all of that, here were each team’s MVP in Week 9.
