3. Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss

Let’s take another dip in the offensive line pool and look at Greg Little, Ole Miss’ highly touted offensive tackle who has seen his stock dip a bit this season. While he hasn’t quite lived to the Top-5 hype surrounding him a few months ago, he certainly belongs on the Vikings’ radar.

Even with Riley Reiff on the roster, Minnesota wouldn’t be averse to adding more tackle talent this upcoming offseason. Ideally, Little could spend time on the right side (with Mike Remmers at right guard) before eventually taking over on the blindside when he’s ready.

Whatever the strategy is, Little wouldn’t be the worst way for the Vikings to spend their first-round pick. They absolutely need reinforcements along the offensive line, and are probably regretting passing on a hog molly during Day 1 of the 2018 NFL Draft. If they plan on keeping Cousins upright and off of Injured Reserve, they need more talent along the front five.

Little needs more work in pass protection, but is a bulldozer in the ground game who can move defenders with ease. That’ll make a move to the right side easy, and give Dalvin Cook a quality blocker to run behind. Sounds like a solid situation for the Vikings heading into 2019.
