1. Amari Cooper

Is Amari Cooper the new go-to guy for the Dallas Cowboys on their offense for the rest of the season? Since the Cowboys felt Cooper was worth trading a first-round draft pick to add him to the roster, the Cowboys need to make sure he’s the go-to guy from here on out.

In his one game this past Monday night for the Cowboys, Cooper has five receptions for 58 yards and one touchdown, averaging 11.6 yards per reception, which is less than his season total — he played six games with the Oakland Raiders — of 12.5 yards per reception. For the season, Cooper has 27 receptions for 338 yards and two touchdowns.

For his Cowboys debut, it was the third-most targets Cooper saw this season, and in facing the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday night Cooper will need to be even better and at the top of his game to help the production of quarterback Dak Prescott.

Most likely Cooper will be facing Jalen Mills, so it won’t be an easy task against the Eagles, but the Cowboys believe Cooper will spark the offense. Now is the time to achieve higher success so they don’t fall even further down in the NFC East standings.
