26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (24)

Is it officially time for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to stick a fork in what has been a disappointing 2018 campaign? It’s crazy to think that back in September, the Buccaneers actually looked like a team that was going to emerge as a surprise contender in the NFC when seeing how high of a level the offense was playing on.

Since then, Tampa Bay has watched their season fall apart with six losses in their next seven games, and the outcome of Sunday’s game to the Washington Redskins was one of the most painful yet when seeing all of the missed opportunities. Despite having numerous chances to put up points through the end zone or field goals, the Buccaneers finished the contest against the Redskins with only three points.

Three turnovers by Ryan Fitzpatrick makes it seem like the magic is running out for the veteran quarterback, and one can only wonder how much longer Tampa Bay is going to keep Dirk Koetter around since the argument can be made it should have happened by now. For the second year in a row, the Buccaneers are one of the biggest letdowns in the NFL with a long road ahead when it comes to improving.
