If you’re looking for the hottest seats currently in the NFL, then you’ve come to the right place — these five head coaches should have already been fired.

We’re past the midpoint of the 2018 NFL campaign, and a number of seats around the league are starting to heat up. A few head coaches in particular are feeling some severe heat on their derrieres, though.

For one reason or another, these shot callers have essentially warn out their welcomes this season. While their owners or fan bases may not agree with that assertion, I’ve seen enough in the past several weeks to convince me it’s time for some new leadership. And yet, whether or not that happens is another story.

At the same time, don’t be surprised if you see one of these names stealing the headlines in the near future for the wrong reasons. This is a results-driven league, and a lack of wins can make shareholders nervous. Regardless of stature or clout, the guillotine drops when it’s warranted.
