2. Michael Thomas has third big game in a row

If there’s one name we haven’t stopped hearing, it’s Michael Thomas. Since facing off against the Rams, Thomas has been on fire. He’s been putting up great numbers, getting fined and making his way into the history books. He’s simply been on fire since the second half of the season started.

Looking back at the past two weeks, Thomas has had two touchdowns in the past two games and averaged almost 300 receiving yards in the two. If he records at least 50 receiving yards next week, he’ll already have accrued his third 1,000-yard season in a row. Since joining the league, Thomas has been dominant and 2018 hasn’t been an exception.

That being said, this week’s prediction for him isn’t surprising. He’s going to have another big game against the Eagles. Last week, the Cowboys played well against them with some pretty no-name receivers. Imagine how good a guy like Michael Thomas has the potential to be.

With Dez Bryant out for the season, Thomas is the team’s leading receiver and easily Brees’ favorite target. That doesn’t look to change anytime soon, either. He might not finish the game with two touchdowns, but Thomas is going to make sure we’re talking about him on Monday.
