4. Arizona Cardinals: A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss

It seems like this could finally be the last season that Larry Fitzgerald plays in the NFL. He has said he will only play for the Arizona Cardinals, but with him turning 36 before next season, this could be it. Then again, he may surprise us all and trot out for another year in 2019.

Either way, the Cards need someone for him to pass the torch to. Yes, they drafted Christian Kirk in the second round last season out of Texas A&M and he’s done well for them. But Kirk isn’t a legitimate No. 1 receiver and would probably be an even bigger threat with a threat on the outside.

This is why they would do well to add A.J. Brown here. The Ole Miss wideout already topped the 1,000-yard mark for the Rebels with just 10 games played. He’s a big-bodied target at 225 pounds, but has a more diversified skill-set than just being able to win with his size in 50-50 situations. He would be a great addition to an offense that doesn’t appear to be that far off on paper.

Running back David Johnson is still one of the best in the game and they like what they’ve seen out of rookie quarterback Josh Rosen. Should they suddenly have a playmaker like Brown as well, things could start to get much better in the desert.
