NFL Power Rankings, Week 13: Cowboys, Seahawks heating up at perfect time

31. Arizona Cardinals (32)
Leading the Los Angeles Chargers 10-0 after one quarter of action was quite the surprise to see when looking at how they compared to the Arizona Cardinals on paper, although this would end up being the only points scored in the game by Josh Rosen in company. At the end of the day, Sunday’s 45-10 loss was yet another example of how this team has been going through rebuilding mode, and all the Cardinals can hope for is this early experience by the former UCLA star pays off in the long run.
Arizona was in a tough position last offseason when Carson Palmer decided to retire, and while Sam Bradford seemed like their best option for a short-term answer over playing Rosen right away, this was a terrible decision. One can only imagine what the Cardinals were thinking when they decided to throw all of that money towards the former No. 1 pick, but at least the potential seems to be there with Rosen.
Seeing how Rosen only managed to throw for 105 yards with a touchdown and interception in this one shows how long of a day it was against a top defense in the Chargers. And with an upcoming trip to Lambeau Filed to face the Green Bay Packers, it’s not going to get any easier for Rosen’s rookie campaign during Week 13.
