30. Oakland Raiders (31)

For the first three quarters of Sunday’s game, the Oakland Raiders managed to keep it close with the Baltimore Ravens, and made it seem like they would be able to pull off the impressive win on the road before it all fell apart in the fourth quarter. Whether it was allowing the Ravens to return a punt 70 yards for the touchdown or the Terrell Suggs taking a fumble 43 yards late in the fourth quarter to seal the deal, there were just too many mistakes by the Raiders in this one.

Originally, the plan for Oakland when they decided to bring Jon Gruden back into the picture was to hopefully return to the level from two years ago in which they were a top contender in the AFC. With only two wins to their name heading into Week 13, this has been far from the case for the Raiders, as this team is closer to earning a top draft pick then becoming a serious threat in the AFC.

One can only imagine the level of frustration for Derek Carr when considering this was the last thing he expected when Gruden was brought on board with his history of quarterback development. Not to mention, the offensive line of the Raiders has been an absolute joke when it comes to protecting Carr this season since he just can’t seem to catch a break each week.
